heartburn. why does this even exist? i’ve never had it before i became pregnant. i now know the pain. stupid heartburn. eaten about 15 rennies already today to no avail. and gaviscon makes me want to be sick. and i feel like i’ve just been sick all the time due to the stomach acid in my throat. blegghhh. small portions are the pits.
it’s 20 to 7 and the viewing was at 7 and i was hurrying stuart to sweep the hall and take the bin out for the viewing as i was/am feeling a like a turd (rib/back pain as per) and then the buzzer goes.
so i did manage to put on a tshirt with my pj bottoms (which were helpfully plain and not covered in little burgers for once) and apologised to the viewers for my “somewhat casual attire”.
ho hum, no-one has bought it when i’ve been properly dressed so maybe this will turn the tables…
being pregnant is like never being alone. woke up today early and couldn’t get back to sleep due to singing birds and silence (living in the city has ruined me) so baby woke up too. we are keeping each other company, me by doing nothing, baby by bouncing about companionably
so my belly has been MOVING. first happened in the bath the other day and then again just now. stuart was feeling for kicks, felt a few but then nothing despite me going “OOH BIG ONE!” over and over. so he takes his hand off and then baby starts kicking and my belly starts to judder hehehe. BRILLIANT! finally i’m loving being pregnant!
