another day, another derelict building. this one is on the corner of bath street and buchanan street in glasgow and is apparently a site owned by someone unwilling for years to develop it; despite it being prime location in the shopping “z” area.

another thing to consider: several sites of brutalist architecture being taken down/considered for demolition in glasgow. i reckon that is going to be conisdered a mistake in the future. just saying.
