The best chocolate brownie pudding
1 cup butter
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup cocoa
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
Whisk eggs and sugar. Whisk in butter and vanilla. Whisk in flour and cocoa. Pour into greased tin/casserole dish. Bake at gas 4 for an hour. It will still be a bit squishy in the middle. Enjoy for pudding then chill the leftovers overnight and cut into brownies.
