The best chocolate brownie pudding
1 cup butter
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup cocoa
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
Whisk eggs and sugar. Whisk in butter and vanilla. Whisk in flour and cocoa. Pour into greased tin/casserole dish. Bake at gas 4 for an hour. It will still be a bit squishy in the middle. Enjoy for pudding then chill the leftovers overnight and cut into brownies.
Cadburys dairy milk and vanilla cupcakes (makes 24)
vanilla batter: whisk 125g butter 125g sugar; whisk in 2 eggs and 1tsp vanilla; fold in 125g self raising flour.
chocolate batter: whisk 125g butter 125g sugar; whisk in 2 eggs and 1tsp vanilla; fold in 125g self raising flour; fold in 100g melted dairy milk chocolate.
spoon in each batter to cake cases separately and bake at gas 5.
vanilla icing: whisk 100g butter 4tsp water 1tsp vanilla and enough icing sugar to make a stuff icing
chocolate icing: whisk 50g butter, 50g dairy milk and enough icing sugar to make a stiff icing
fill piping bag with the two icings by putting 2 ‘lines’ of each up alternating sides of the bag so they come out simultaneously and pipe.
decorate with a chunk of dairy milk chocolate

this is a pile of crap. if your craving chocolate or sweets it’s because of the shit loads of sugar in chocolate and sweets, and the fact that you are addicted to sugar. i know this because i am addicted to sugar, not magnesium.

fudge bourbon biscuit bars:
400g processed (crumb) bourbon biscuits
100g margarine/butter
100g marshmallows
melt butter and mallows; add biscuit crumbs; put into tray and flatten well; fridge for 1 hour; cut and serve.
